How to Cook Mandhi with Shan Mandhi Masala?

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 1 kg chicken, lamb, or beef
  • 3 cups Basmati rice
  • 1 packet Shan Mandhi Masala (50g)
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 medium onions (sliced)
  • 2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
  • 4 tbsp oil or ghee
  • Fried onions and nuts for garnishing (optional)
  • Lemon wedges and fresh coriander (for an added zest)
